Limited release. This Imperial Russian Stout was the beer that won the “Best of Show” category for the Star City Brewers Guild’s annual Homebrew Throwdown competition in November 2015, which was held at our brewery. The beer was brewed on our 7 bbl pilot system with the help of the home brewer who this recipe belongs to. We then aged the beer in red wine barrels with fresh red wine lees from a local vineyard to complete the home brewer’s recipe. It is a beautiful and delicious creation that he simply calls: “Ink”
