Berliner Weisse

Limited release. This Berliner Weisse was the beer that won the “Best of Show” category for the Star City Brewers Guild’s annual Homebrew Throwdown competition in November 2016, which was held at our brewery. The beer was brewed on our 7 bbl pilot system with the help of the home brewer, Jamey Barlow who this recipe belongs to. This is a slightly cloudy beer with a sour taste that is served as is or traditionally flavored with raspberry or Woodruff puree. It was released in June 2017.
